REMITTAL FOR EXCESS CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS
The partnership shall reserve from of the net profit of each fiscal year the sum [Amount of net profits] accounting for [Percentage] % of that years net profit. From this sum, any partners personal capital contribution in excess of other partners contribution shall be paid back on a scale proportional to that amount donated beyond the required capital contribution as well as percent interest per year on this sum.
